Capabilities
The disciplines we work in — and what each one covers.
NAME
circuit-design — schematic capture, PCB layout, and bring-up for custom electronics
SYNOPSIS
circuit-design [--mixed-signal] [--rf] [--low-power] <requirements>
DESCRIPTION
From a block diagram or a list of requirements, we design the schematic, lay out the board, and bring it up on the bench. Comfortable with multi-layer boards, mixed-signal designs, switching power supplies, and getting clean signals where they need to go.
OPTIONS
- --mixed-signalAnalog and digital on one board, kept from fighting each other
- --rfAntenna matching and layout for sub-GHz / 2.4 GHz wireless
- --low-powerBattery and energy-harvesting designs measured in microamps
- --bring-upFirst-article assembly, debug, and rework on the bench
NAME
enclosure-design — housings designed around the board, the environment, and how it's made
SYNOPSIS
enclosure-design [--ingress=IPxx] [--process=print|mold] <device>
DESCRIPTION
We design enclosures in CAD that actually fit the electronics, survive where the device lives, and can be made at the volume you need. Sealing, mounting, thermal paths, and cable entry are handled up front — not patched in later.
OPTIONS
- --ingress=IPxxSealed designs rated for dust and water where it matters
- --process=printOptimized for 3D-print and low-volume prototyping
- --process=moldDraft, wall thickness, and tooling-ready geometry for injection molding
- --materialMaterial chosen for the load, temperature, and UV exposure
NAME
fabrication — turning designs into real, assembled hardware
SYNOPSIS
fabrication [--run=proto|batch] [--assemble] <design>
DESCRIPTION
We build what we design. In-house prototyping for the first units, plus the documentation and supplier coordination to take a proven design into small and medium production runs without surprises.
OPTIONS
- --run=protoOne-off and short-run builds for testing and iteration
- --run=batchRepeatable small / medium production with consistent results
- --assembleBoard assembly, wiring, and final integration
- --docsAssembly drawings, BOMs, and test procedures handed over with it
